I spent quite a bit of time researching hotels before booking one to stay overnight at before our outbound flight to home. Chose EB Hotel Miami. Upon entry of lobby and room everything appeared lovely. BUT…My daughter’s room had hair all over the inside of shower. Not cool. Beds allowed for stiff/softness setting but we couldn’t figure it out and woke up with serious aches. Then we went to breakfast for it to take well over an hour to be served and they weren’t busy.
