Merkado 31 is an amazing Peruvian restaurant addition to the Aventura area! Mercado 31 used to be a different Peruvian restaurant in the Olive Garden/Anthony's shopping center on Biscayne in Aventura and we noticed the name change on the sign at the restaurant a month or so ago. We dined at Mercado 31's location in Miami Beach's North Beach area and went there a few times and always loved it- but we moved from the area and haven't been back. Merkado 31 is a hidden gem in Aventura. Their rotisserie chicken/ pollo ala brasa is the best chicken you will ever try you have to have it with fries and salad. Tiradito fish is an amazing appetizer and huancaina pasta is amazing sexond entre. Picarones dessert is delicious as well.
