Horrible horrible customer service!!!! I just got off the phone with the suppose manager because I had someone pass away in my family and explained to them I couldn't pass Friday so if they could give it to me for Wednesday substitute (mind you my husband and my sis in law buy cantina from the frequently that's 100$ we spend)and she was rude ,no sympathy what's so ever to my mourning and flat out rejected my offer, I rather go somewhere else than be disrespected from an establishment...read full review
We ordered imperial rice for our daughter’s birthday party at home last weekend. The price was great, they had the food ready on time and, best of all, it was DELICIOUS!! Everyone loved it.
We are glad to have discovered this food by the pound option in Kendall. Can’t believe I have lived here so long and I never knew about them. We will be using them for future events. :)

EL PARADOR Food by the Pound offers excellent Latin flavor. Enjoy the coladita, Cortadito, and delicious turkey. The black beans and rice are amazing too. The lunch is rich and cheap, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended for a great dining experience.
