Based off my one and only visit. My Ham,egg & cheese sandwich couldn't of been better. Plus my Cafe Con leche was precisely how I love it. Made my morning. Will visit another time for dinner to compare experiences.
This place is awesome, if you go to Miami like a tourist like me and go to "famous" places to eat down 8th Street, Miami Beach or Downtown Miami, you found those places are ok, but you will notice no many Cubans go there. I found this place thanks to the manager of my hotel, I ask like any other was is the best place to eat in Miami..... she told me go straight is this place call Las Mercedes (she eats there for 20 years) This restaurant is for Cuban people, all bean are boil...read full review

I was in Miamia couple weeks ago for a business meeting. The buyer selected this restaurant as she likes Cuban food.I ordered the Sandwich de Pollo ...chicken was grilled perfectly.....My client ordered CUBANO SANDWICH.... she said was delicious.....We both had CAFE CUBANO but my 1st time ...coffee is quite strong but was warned by my client !Service was great as a small family run restaurant. I recommend if short on time & like a sandwich with Cubah flair.
