I ordered a take out XL NY style Pepperoni Pizza and redeemed an offer for a free chocolate chip cookie. What a MAJOR disappointment!I don't do delivery as I cannot justify a $5 delivery fee and the usual $5 tip for an average $15 order, but, as my last two take out orders were not ready when I arrived (despite the app advising such) this time I decided to add a $5.03 tip to my $14.97 order... just to see if it helped me get better service. First time ? ? I go to this branch of Papa John's Pizza ? ?, I liked the place clean and tidy. They serve you excellently ? Spanish and English......a plus point for those of us who are Bilingual ??they care about taking your order ? ? ?, and they are super fast. the dispatch.....I highly recommend them the ? ? closed. I normally have good service with the staff especially the morning manager/ Owner. On December 21st 2023, I experienced the worst service from the night manager, that didn't explain the reason why he canceled my online order in which the money was taken for the purchase of the pizza special.
