“This was my first time ever sitting down and dining inside a Pizza Hut, and what made the experience truly special was our waitres, her name is Lizet. She was absolutely amazing and professional, attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish.

She made us feel comfortable right away, checked on us regularly, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in providing excellent customer service, and her positive attitude made our visit so much more enjoyable.

The food was great, but honestly, the outstanding service from our waitress was the highlight of the entire experience. Because of her, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our first dine-in experience at Pizza Hut such a memorable one! 🍕❤“

I had a small issue with my order, but the manager at this Pizza Hut went above and beyond to make it right. Even with my kids being a bit loud (they were excited for pizza!), the staff remained patient, kind, and professional. The manager personally came over, listened to my concern, and resolved everything quickly and with a smile.

“Been a customer here for countless years now and they've always done a great job with the food that they deliver. When you come to pick-up they do well. When you have it delivered home they also do well. Good price. Good hygiene. Only real suggestion I'd give is to expand the place so people could have the option to dine-in.“

“I placed many orders at this location either by the phone or in person and I can say that every time that I was there I’ve found always a clean and organized restaurant, the people working at this location are doing their best to provide satisfaction to their customers and the manager called Jessy is very professional, responsible and passionate about her roll. People most of the time are not aware of the amount of pressure that they have to face to provide quality food in a respectful frame time. “Came for a pickup. Don't know why the place has so many low reviews, I mean at the end of the day it's a pick up spot, but who knows.

I swung in like I owned the place, took a second to review menu only to realize it didn't matter, their system records everything like someone's mother. So I slid up to counter. Medium pan pizza with green peppers and some bread sticks to go. Lady looked up a coupon for me (I didn't ask but fully appreciated it) got one applied and paid. Bam.

15 minutes wait time. Smoked outside, drank water and penned this review. The service was friendly and fast, and the food is on spot. So why so many reviews going the other way?

Maybe it's because people have bad manners and are rude themselves. Perhaps? In this life, something the older generation gets (Generation W, X and some of Y) is that you have to give respect to get respect. It isn't a thing to me to walk in on someone who's works standing, has been there hours doing their job, and demand to have my rear kissed. I didn't grow up with smart phones, social media or anything else. We read books, drove with maps and treated people like human beings. It works for me about 99.9 % of the time.

Just my opinion. Check the place out. It's pizza we remember at a price that doesn't shatter the bank.“

“I’m so glad they haven’t gotten rid of the Pizza Hut Express at the Target at Dadeland Station. I’ve noticed that as many Targets remodel they get rid of these. The pizza is great and the Parmesan breadsticks with Marinara sauce is the best. I try to stop by every time I’m at that Target, I’m always afraid it will be the last time.“

“Order a Ham and pineapple pizza with cheese in the crust and it was perfect. The page said it will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I was there for carryout 20 minutes after and the order was ready. The pizza was perfect and the cashier was nice.“

However, consistency seems to be an issue. On one visit the crust tasted slightly underdone, and wait times can be longer than expected depending on how busy they are. It would also help if pricing and add ons were explained more clearly when ordering.

Overall, it’s still a solid option for a quick pizza stop , just doublecheck your order and timing for the best experience.“

I should point out that this wasn't just an ordinary pizza; it was made to order, tailored exactly to my preferences. To be honest, I got more than I bargained for—and I’m not talking about the size of the pizza. When I asked for a thin crust, I got a truly thin crust made from delicious dough. When I requested extra helpings of specific ingredients, the staff actually doubled the amount compared to a standard portion. And everything was genuinely delicious—without the excess grease or oil that, unfortunately, you sometimes find at other pizza places. Previously, I considered a specific Pizza Hut location in Hollywood to be the best of the chain. Now, however, I’m ready to say that this location could easily rival the Hollywood one for the title of best in South Florida.
