Awesome chicken! A must try
So good and healthier option than a lot of other spots. This place is slept on! I think the best fries I ever had. Def coming back to try the rest of the menu. Recommend stopping by to try.

Pluma is a restaurant that offers a healthier option than a lot of other spots. It is easily one of the best chicken shops in Miami. Everything is made to order, and the sauces are made in house. The owners are helpful. The tenders are huge and juicy inside. The Parmesan fries are crispy and well seasoned. The fries are great, though some wish they were thick cut. The dipping sauces are excellent, different and distinctive in taste, but in a good way. The pepper jelly sauce was different but in a good way. Everything is made with beef tallow, no seed oils. The chocolate chip cookies from Liger are definitely a good idea. The customer service is great, and everyone was friendly the moment you walk in. Inside has some seating options. There is also a kiosk you can order from, but you can order online for pickup. Pluma is a place where the brothers actually care about the product they serve and will serve you an amazing meal at the same time. Fresh and flavorful describes this place.
