“We had a good experience at this location around lunchtime on a Sunday. We arrived and got in line as there were a couple of customers ahead of us. There was only one employee working the counter...both building sandwiches as well as cashing people out.When it was our turn, we placed our take-out orders. The employee was friendly and professional, and our sandwiches were made perfectly! Since there were five people in our party, she put different colored tabs on our sandwiches so we could tell which one was which, without having to unwrap it. When we got home to eat, the subs were flavorful.Overall, this is a good location. The parking lot is easy to navigate, the store is clean, the menu boards are easy to read, and the employee who helped us was great. The only issue was that there was only one person working, which led to a bit of a wait.“

“Everyone complaining about the language barrier… stop. This place is the CLEANEST Subway in Miami. They ACTUALLY use the barriers as intended - closed when not in use to protect the food from contaminants, and only open while actively serving customers. It’s amazing to see. The veggies are ALWAYS fresh af, the “artists” are fast af and generous with their portions, bathrooms are decent, and the floor is spotless. Seriously, I’ll take pointing and motioning for my sub ingredients any day over the common trash Subway I always end up finding if it means quality subs in a clean environment. “The staff here is really nice. I went to get lunch once around 2/3 pm. They were really quick with service despite of it being busy and were very polite. I am lactose intolerant and can't eat anything dairy or containing egg. I didn't know what to choose. I was suggested a steak salad minus the cheese by a very nice girl. Great team ! “It was a rainy day in South FL (miami). Decided to take advantage of the BOGO deal Subway was offering online.I went into the store and attempted to place my order online, after confirming they would honor the offer.As I was sitting in the restaurant, two other men walked in to place their orders. The employee had three sandwiches spread neatly in front of her, as she was filling a long online order. She politely tended to the men, as the lights went out.The employee continued making the food, as she respectfully made a callcon her earpiece. The employee contacted the manager to advise that the lights had went out.The men paid cash and were on their way. The employee then advised that since there was no power, my online order would not successfully be processed through the system. The employee then offered to restart the system and go ahead and make my food as we waited for power to be restored.Within 5 minutes, the owner showed up and restored the power and began working on getting the register online.Management advised he would honor the online promotion and wouldn't let me go hungry, even if he couldn't collect payment via debit card.Thankfully I had cash on hand, but I do greatly appreciate that the owner was willing to work around the unforseen mishap that mother nature imposed on both of us.The food was fresh and definitely hit the spot for what I was craving.“

They hand you the glass and at the machines you choose the one you want. “Only problem I have ever run into here is 1) they tend to run out of certain foods on a regular basis ( for example meatballs) and 2) is sometimes either the workers disappear to the back of the store and either ignore the door or they can't hear when customers walk in, and if they do know they take thier sweet time to come and take your order and my final complaint 3) is most of the staff seem to either speak very little English or they act like they can't understand what you are saying.... while my family and I have had all these things happen almost everytime we go there (at least monthly) the food is always fresh and compared to the area the service can j prove but is common!“

“I eat at this subway two or three times a week on my way home from work. The food is consistently good. The ladies that work here are very nice and efficient. The prices are good and this subway, like many (but not all), gives you a coupon for your next visit on the receipt. You can get a six inch sub for $3 or a sub and chips for $4 or a free sub with purchase. For me - this is great! I love getting good wholesome food at an amazing price. The daily specials are awesome - especially on Friday. I love the tuna sub. The ladies are nice - they toast the honey oat bread with swiss cheese first and then add the tuna and fixings. Yummy!!!“
