Good juices. Very good juices. Had the mannish water Friday it was so good. I suspect when the old lady is back there cooking the food is excellent. However the curry goat I had today Saturday was terrible. Powdery curry and goat was tough. Undercooked rice. Sad sad
Listen I haven't been to Tropical Oasis in a longggggg time but I was so happy to stop in. I ordered the brown stew fish and while I waited I had a jerk chicken patty. Yes! A jerk chicken patty. In all of my years I've never heard of a jerk chicken patty but man that was good! What does it taste like? Imagine your traditional Jamaican patty, yes the flaky warm beef patty. Ordered the Jerk Chicken fried rice, pepper shrimp, potato salad, and a large carrot juice. The food was great as usual. Service not overly friendly, and the parking can be akward when leaving. Food is definitely worth it though.
