3 stars because they no longer offer a gluten free bread option. I recommend a lettuce wrap over the salad option. The quality of the salad ingredients do not compare at all to sandwich ingredients. Nice try but not a do over on the salad. The others who are able to eat sandwiches enjoyed their meals.
I ordered Firehouse through Door Dash because Im currently at work, I ordered probably one of the most basic sandwiches ever and it still ended up messed up. I even CALLED THE STORE BEFORE THEY MADE MY ORDER TO TELL THEM SPECIFICALLY HOW I WANTED IT. I asked for just Ham, Lettuce and Mayo on white bread, called them asking if they could make my sandwich cold because I dont like them warmed up and asked if they could throw some mayo packets in the bag for me. This Firehouse subs location is hands down, the BEST LOCATION!!! The entire staff is very helpful, professional and welcoming! I'm not an easy customer and my kids run wild. That's the truth. I don't mean to be difficult and i'm sorry about my kids. I'm so grateful for this location. Kingsley location is much closer but this location is so much better.
