Gives customer full attention immediately with a touch of southern hospitality with how she speaks. Drink was made fast and delicious. We were traveling through and most times traveling with kiddos can always lead to a long stressful day, but people like Bre make that 5 minute run to grab a cup of coffee a boost in your mood. Dunkin’ needs to hold on to employees like her.“

“I actually had rather enjoyed this coffee when I was actually served. I just wasted 15 minutes standing and waiting for my.order to be taken, as I was standing in what I thought was a line I watched as 4 people just formed another line in front of me. The people working there didn't say a thing. I was greeted when I walked in so they knew I was there, I was stared at multiple times. I have a 6 month old so I'm kinda hard to miss. Once they started taking the other people's orders I just walked out and said it was nice that I've been standing here waiting while everyone just cuts in front of me and left. I just think they need to have better control over the lines and lobby. Like I said I like the coffee...but that was really aggravating“

“Before yesterday, I had only had two perfect lattes from Starbucks. Both of those were from the Merritt Island N. Courtenay Parkway Starbucks. Yesterday, I was astonished to get a latte there that surpassed the ones I had thought to be perfect (only 2 over the past 2 years). I don’t often treat myself to a Starbucks latte, so it was even more special to have gotten a latte that was over-the-top delicious. Many thanks to Emily. Starbucks: please clone her! On a scale of 1 to 10, I give Emily an 85 (yes, FAR off the scale). I think it not possible to get another latte better than the one I had yesterday.“

“Doc's Smokehouse 2191 N. US Highway 1, Titusville, FL 32796 3 Stars I briskly walked balladromically to the front door, inhaling the gorgeous aroma of slow-cooked smoked meat. Aubrey is the server. She was fantastic. She gave off a vibe of warmth and friendship and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She received a 40% tip today for her professionalism. Kudos, Aubrey! Thank you for being so dedicated to your job. I asked Aubrey for some smoked chicken wings, smoked meatloaf, and some smoked Mac & Cheese. I was beginning to see a pattern. There are two other restaurants of the same moniker that are connected. However, upon a call from my Editor, the person at Doc's Smokehouse in Titusville said she didn't think so, though she was relatively new, so don't quote her. The other two are in the Upper Midwest, so I would hazard to guess that unless Doc came down for some sun and decided not to leave, they are not related. Now, I like me a good dry wing, but one bite in and I found these to be so dry, I was spitting out cotton balls. Not really, but you get the point. I think these might have been left under the lights a bit too long or overcooked. Either way, they had superb flavoring they were just drier than the Gobi. The smoked meatloaf was above average. You got a good sense of the smoke. It was smokey on the palate, but not so much that it lacked flavor. The complex flavor of the meats, herbs, spices, and smoke came together in joyous harmony, dancing on my palate like a well-rehearsed symphony. The side of mashed potatoes was likewise delectable. As I approached my last dish to be sampled, I allowed the smoked meatloaf to leisurely exit my senses and then and only then did I sample the Smoked Mac & Cheese. This was almost as good as the Smoked Meatloaf. It was creamy and smokey, the pasta was cooked to perfection and it was above average. Nothing wrong here at all. If it hadn't been for the arid wings, this would have been a 4-star review. Smoke is the theme here, from the name to the menu. I'm all for that, as I love good slow and low-smoked meat. The Big Boy says, “Smoke 'em if ya got 'em and head to Doc's Smokehouse. You won't be disappointed.”“

“I usually drive here from Titusville, heading to Cocoa Bech an Port Canaveral). I usually get my Decaf Mocha and hang out in the parking lot, a nice reprieve).“

“Nice store, spent about an hour and a half there on my computer and phone with clients. Approximately four employees noticed that I was leaving and said goodbye. Just thought it was impressive, the attention to patrons. They have lots of repeat customers they know personally and are very friendly and inviting with. Felt relaxed while there. I'll definitely go back.“

“Listen, it's a dunkin so the food quality is what it I'd. But the people working at this

location are just solid human beings. Went through the drive thru ordering a coffee and meal and get to the windows to realize I forgot my wallet. They didn't let me go home hungry, and comped the drink and sandwich rather than toss it. I went back later to pay but they said it was already handled. Out here giving the company a solid reputation and treating people with dignity! I'll be spending more money at the dunkin from now on.“

“I've recently started going to Dunkin' Donuts, and I must say that Rickia is one of the kindest workers of all time! She goes above and beyond to ensure my drinks are made perfectly every time. Not only that, but she always has a very positive attitude and is incredibly kind. If my drink order is ever wrong, she fixes it in a heartbeat.
