It's not the employees fault that someone orders 16 subs, 1 order and there is only 1 employee making subs, and total on shift for Subway. Had to wait until 16 subs were made, then our online order was able to be filled, Subway should have 1 other employee there regardless of the size and/or sales.
We have been coming here for a long time and they make great subs. But having only one person working at dinner time is not ok. I waited 25 minutes for the people in front of me to get there subs only to be told it was going to be a while and he had to make online orders. We are loyal long time customers and we left went to McDonald's. Hopefully someone is reading these.
