“Although I arrived at the drive-thru on thanksgiving day 2024 at approximately 1:00 PM the staff didn't seem to be bothered at all by working through the holiday. Jadyn at the drive-thru window even handed me the drink that I had ordered and asked that I give it a taste to ensure that it wasn't just seltzer knowing that the machine was empty the day before. My drink was indeed tasteless and she offered to pour me a different one. Truly a wonderful experience and worth the time of writing this review. If at all possible please make sure to congratulate her for the amazing hospitality and mindful empathy, the world should definitely see more of Jadyn.“

I also apologize for pushing the wrong button and not leaving a tip by mistake, but the cashier was awesome about and said don't worry about it. I also apologize if I had a grumpy face while waiting, as I've had a bad back for the last few days but it had nothing to do with the wait time. I came during rush hour, so that's on me 😆

“We've been coming to the IHOP Clermont location specifically because of the service. The team here is absolutely exceptional, especially because they do their best to recall each person that walks through the doors. Gabby, our server, took extra care of my daughter by giving her an extra novelty drink free. Chris, my usual server, made sure to check on us periodically, even though we weren't sitting in his section. The obvious team building and relationships with each guest is very refreshing, especially in this modern age.“
