“We’ve been here several times during the evening hours. But our first time experience at lunch was a bit disappointing. My food came out but my wife’s calzone came much later. Our waiter was hardly checking on us for refills and never apologized or even tell us the food would come out late. (Plus no bread or their special oil.) I know it was lunch, but my highlight was the bread. I don’t know if we will come for lunch for a while, but we will give it a chance for evenings. I even wrote a note on the receipt and left my phone#. But as yet have I received a call.“

“Pazzo was recommended by Trish at the front desk of Embassy Suites and BOY are we glad she did. We didn’t make reservations (but should have) and had to sit at the pizza bar but it was perfect. It was warm and toasty on a bitterly cold night. My husband had the chicken parm and his only complaint was that there wasn’t enough chicken. My kid ordered off the adult menu and got ravioli with pesto and marinara and gave it FIVE BOOMS! I am not into pasta so I ordered the mussels and a Caesar salad and both were delicious. I highly recommend this as a spot to hit when in the Destin area.“

“Solid Second Visit – Great Service, Good Food, Price a Bit High

This was our second time visiting, and while our first experience was great with no complaints, we returned on July 30, 2025, and had another mostly positive visit.

We were seated and served by a waitress named “T,” who was very polite and attentive. Despite the restaurant being fairly busy, she took our order quickly and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service all around.

We started with the spinach artichoke dip served with flatbread, which was delicious and didn’t last long at our table. For our entrées, I ordered the grilled chicken Alfredo with broccoli—very flavorful and well-prepared. My wife had the chicken tortellini Alfredo and said it was good, but she didn’t really care for the chicken. Our daughter went with the shrimp Alfredo and enjoyed it.

The total bill came to around $100 for the three of us, which I feel is a little steep for what we got. Don’t get me wrong—the food and service were good—but the pricing is a bit off-putting and may give us pause next time.

All in all, a solid experience with great service and good food, just wish the value matched the price a little more closely.“

“Highlight of our trip! Chef Patrick catered an in home dinner for our family celebrating my parents’ 50th in June 2023 at the house we rented for the week. He worked with me on the menu, accommodating varying adult preferences and making sure our ages 9-15 kids were well fed too. We had so much fun watching him cook and talking that we never actually went to the dining room and instead chose to sit around the kitchen counter. The food was amazing, beautifully presented, and he made sure the kitchen was spotless before he left. Although it was a bit of a splurge, it was worth every penny and we would have Patrick back in a heartbeat!“

The owners of Destin Jet’s are nothing short of amazing! We had a delivery order go sideways and the owners reached out immediately to fix the problem. We had Jet’s on our last night of vacation and it made the trip! Jets pizza is fantastic and we get it every year while on vacation. Found out the hard way they use Door Dash to deliver their orders. We placed a $100 order and it took 2 hours to arrive and it was ice cold when we got it. The worst part is I tipped while placing the order and it wasn’t warranted after waiting that long. I tried to call the store and got the “Jet Bot” over and over, without anyone answering the phone. Disappointed this time around. Jet’s, you guys are better than that!“
