“A fun place to have a drink and/or visit with family and friends. The atmosphere is a bit loud, which is to be expected. Drinks are good and very reasonable, and so is the food. Our server, Julian, was outstanding! A great-fun place to be! Oh, and the desserts are fabulous! The place gets crowded, so expect a 15-20 min. wait on weekends.“

“It was a good experience very clean and the furniture is actually cozy. Great place to hang with friends, they have a 99 cents per wing on Wednesdays. I recommend the lemon pepper flavor and it came out quick. The drinks are somewhat on the sweeter side but the prices are good. Although the atmosphere there is really cold so bring a sweater. Overall good experience!“

Parking: It’s a great place to stay. There’s lots to do around it. Great location. Close to the main highway but far enough to not feel like you’re on the highway. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. And the staff is superb. And the manager Travis Duncan is absolutely the best.

“Came in hungry and left floating. Theresa took care of me like I was the only king in the kingdom. Food hit the table fast — hot, fresh, no mistakes. I grabbed the Breakfast Sampler with French toast and everything was on point: eggs fluffy, bacon crispy, sausage perfect, and that French toast? Straight-up chef’s kiss.

But the real star was Theresa. Friendly, on it, and kept the vibe right the whole time. She didn’t just serve — she hosted.“

“I like this new area by my house. They have many different restaurants, shops, and even doctor’s offices. Area is kept well clean. Only problem is that during lunch rush and dinner rush hours is hard to find parking and sometimes you have to wait long time for a parking spot to open.“

“I had an amazing experience at IHOP today! Our waitress, Jen, was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. Jen checked on us often without being overbearing, and she made our meal feel genuinely welcoming and comfortable. The food came out fast and fresh, and her great service made the whole visit even better.

“Hit or miss but 8 out of 10 times is a hit. I come for the whole snapper and most of the time is a hit. Best seafood place compare to Hooks and Snappers. Also not a dine in place and the wait could get long because they do cook to order which I don’t mind the wait.“
