Dunkin' Donuts in Miramar

“I come here once a week through the drive through and everyone I encounter is always so nice and pleasant. Today especially, a young man greeted me at the window. He was very polite and had a very warm, inviting aura. I never have an issue with this location, and the times when I have had wrong or incorrect orders, they are always so quick with rectifying the issue.“

“Just moved to the area. There are lots of Dunkins around but none of them could make my iced mocha latte right. If I’m paying almost 4 dollars for something I want it to be right. I’ll drive the extra 5 mins, and I don’t even mind having to get out of my car to go inside. It’s worth it. Staff could be a little friendlier but it’s still 5 stars for me.“

“Stopped in very Early This day. 5am, pulled into the drive thru for a large iced coffee. Greeted as soon as I pulled up. I was the only car there. Placed my order, pulled around, paid and was handed my coffee. Exactly what I needed prior to hopping on to the Turnpike for my 5 hour drive. This location is perfectly located by restaurants, gas stations, and the turnpike. One complaint is coming out of the drive thru. The building was for some reason built on a raised lot. So coming out. Its very steep headed down onto the main street. Coming out, I drove very slow because I have a body kit on the vehicle that is about 1 in lower than stock. The bumper for sure scraped coming out. I wish they would have made this a bit more even. Why so raised Dunkin?!

Parking: Coming out of the lot it is very steep. The restaurant was built on a raised lot. But coming out it is very steep and your vehicle could scrape, if that matters to you.“

“It’s dunking so the potential of me being back is high but they didn’t acknowledge me for a good 5+ minutes when I was standing at the counter. Barely said a word to me and spoke little to no English. They weren’t very nice at all and the store was not very busy. The coffee and food are hot and good though which saves but maybe need management to come in and remind them to smile a little more.“

“The staff was very helpful and polite and as soon as I walked in they greeted me with happiness and joy. I most definitely recommend this location as a destination place for all your coffee and breakfast and drinks needs and wants. I love the new management.“
