“Oh wow! Customer service is everything! My first time here and it was a great first experience. The workers there made me feel welcomed and assisted me in making a choice. Like Omg I wish I asked for their names. The waitress was so quick and attentive to all her customers ensuring everyone was well taken care of. The food was made hot and fresh and you can tell the cooks take pleasure in what they do. Food presentation and temperature was on point! Price is fair! They even chased after me because one plate was left behind! Like that melted my heart! I’ll stop here because I have so much to say and mind you this was just a to go order not even dine in❤️ I’ll be back and so will the fam! Keep up the great service!“
“I ordered lunch on the app today for delivery. Deliveries are done by DoorDash for Jersey Mike’s. I received a message that my order was delivered (it was not). I contacted the store and Rafael (General Manager) offered to deliver my order himself and he did! This is what I call GREAT customer service! Thank you Rafael!!“

“Hey good day. I’ve always love this restaurant been coming 3 months now , I just wanted to say The young man and the young lady they told me names are Darick and Franquil or something like that. However these two are very awesome team for you night shift, I’ve come multiple weekends and seen them two work together their work is very outstanding they also have very good customer service they know how to set the mood when I’m having a bad day i find to have a good night after getting my food at night here at your store. These two are a special asset to your store. Longest they keep positive vibe, and stay away from all the negativity they would succeed far in subway even more in life. They spirit keep me going everyday im at work I just think of how them two work together through the long busy nights. It’s just remind me of when I was young working with my best friend at Dairy Queen we both used to love helping the customer best of yet love the job, I came in for a take out and oh my god their sandwiches are amazing especially my go to Sandwiches the Tuna and The Beast. Did I mention the Young Man Darick He goes above and beyond I’ve witnessed it when he was working by himself it was just me for a few minutes but 5 minutes later a few more customers came in I seen the Frustration coming down on his face but his still had the courage to say hey how are you guys , everybody day going good? He noticed he can’t be mad at the customer or take it out on me or them because obviously we weren’t the one to get him mad, even though he was mad he still was being respectful and calm about everything. I don’t know this guy personally but the days I’ve seen him work he Is a good worker and Please don’t leave out the Young lady I’ve mention in the beginning. THEY BOTH HAVE WHAT THEY NEED TO CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN THEIR YOUNG AND DETERMINED.“

“This Subway is always well managed snd the staff is friendly here as well. They prepare the food fresh and it is awalsy top notch. I enjoy the All American Club while my husband gets the Italian and mom gets a ham and cheese. The produce is fresh and the meat is always perfect.“

“Came in at 5:30pm. There was 2 customers ahead of me finishing up when I arrived. I got just a cold sub. Fast service and food looked fresh. I was out if there in less than 2 minutes. I have no complaints. I will come back and update if the sub doesn't taste good.“
“Always order a footlong Spicy Italian sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese bread with pepper jack cheese and almost every topping. Conveniently located within Walmart, but somewhat small.I give it four stars mainly because the service was slow as only one employee was working most of the time. When the line became busy closer to noon, the employee called for another to come out of the office area to assist.“
