I immediately knew I had to visit because of how delicious everything looked on their FB and Instagram! The second we walked in I felt welcome. Tracy was so incredibly nice and we ended up talking for an hour. We came back the next three days for delicious teas and shakes before leaving town! I HIGHLY recommend them!“

She truly cares about her customers, which makes the whole experience even better. You can tell everything is made with quality ingredients, and it actually tastes as good as it is for you. The vibe inside is fun and upbeat, with good music always playing that makes you want to stay a little longer. It is the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy a smoothie or bowl, and just feel good about what you are putting into your body. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you are in the area.“

“I just wanted something quick and yummy that wasn’t a ton of unhealthy calories. I ordered their supergreen wrap with the fire braised chicken thigh 👌🏻. First of all. The thing was massive. I opened it and was like my goodness. 😋. It was so delicious. I about downed the whole thing. 😅 Also, when I went to pick it up, they were super friendly. My food was ready to go and neatly package. I’ll definitely be back again for lunch soon.“
