“This location is good, but just want to say, one of your employees just tried to start a fight with me at the gas pump while in Firehouse uniform. I pumped gas, and then had to go inside and wait in line for my receipt, when i get back to my car, she is mad and questioning me on why my car was at the pump. Kicking up a fuss and threatening over nothing. Probably not the best public image, since she was in uniform and either going to or leaving work. She sucks, but your location is great!“

“My husband and I both had a very busy afternoon with appointments. It had been raining all day-we were both cold from being in and out of the rain, and we were hangry! We wanted something quick and decided on Firehouse Subs at Merchants Walk in Lakeland. Christie took my order over the phone. My husband and I both noticed how clearly, efficiently, and professionally she took our order. When I went in to pickup our order, Christie was at the register. I was able to watch as she was checking out customers. Again, she was very efficient, professional, and kind. The entire staff was busy and working making other orders. All were friendly and smiling. “I really liked this location, overall. My #6 Veggie sandwich was made well and tasted SO VERY GOOD! Every staff member, with whom I interacted, was very personable, and their service was good.I was fortunate enough to meet, and briefly converse with, the General Manager -- a VERY young, hardworking, and seemingly bright young lady! Kudos to her and the staff for the overall operation of this shop, and to her, personally, for accomplishing so much, at such a young age!

Vegetarian options: The Veggie (#6 on 8- or 16-inch sub roll, or 1" Thick Wheat/ 7-grain sliced bread) with FRESHLY cut vegetables, provolone cheese, and avocado is the BEST VEGGIE sandwich I've ever had! I can't get enough of it, and would eat one EVERY DAY, if I could!!“

“That's the 2nd time I have been there. Their subs are real good. The bread ? is nice an soft. They have different kinds of subs to choose from whatever you want on it, they will make it for you. You can also get chips an a drink for a combo which is always good.“

“my personal favorite subway. employees aren't much for conversation but that's great, prices are good with the coupon sheets i get in the mail every couple weeks, they put on a good amount of veggies, and the ingredients usually look pretty fresh if you arent there at closing time. low atmosphere points because no subway has atmosphere, you're meant to eat the sub in the car or at home
