“Great experience from start to finish. I heard about the BOGO burger promotion running March 9–12, so I downloaded the app and placed my order while still outside the restaurant. By the time I walked in, they already had the order and had started preparing it. I grabbed my cups, sat down, and within nine minutes my food was ready.

The staff was pleasant, the tables were clean, and everything moved quickly and smoothly. And the fries… absolutely fantastic. Hot, fresh, and generous portions. Hard to say no to fries like that. I’ll definitely be back.“

“I have never been treated to such great customer service in my life. To start there was this lady yelling at this manager in a black shirt. I later found out his name was Chris. She was beyond a Karen and the way he handeled her astonished me. She threw something at him and everything and he never said a cross word to her. He made she all the customers including her were happy. I wanted to hire this guy for my business because you don’t find good customer service these days. The wrap was nasty. I couldn't even eat mine. However, my husband's roast beef sandwich was okay. The cashier was rude, like we were a bother to her. Not sure if we'll return to this store again.“

“We went for dinner on a Saturday night and we were the only people intially. Food was pretty good and made fresh. The shrimp tacos were something new we tried and we absolutely delicious! I like they have chicken tenders and fries and pretty good chicken for our daughter who is not on the Taco train. So its a good place to take your family. Staff were super friendly and made us feel welcomed.

“Had a great visit at PG Culver’s today. Was greeted by a jovial cheese-head who was highly recommending the new chicken sandwiches. We stuck w the butter burgers and he was very helpful & efficient taking our order. His coworker w long blond hair delivered our order to the table in record time. “Excellent. I hate Fast Food, however, I was desperate to have ice cream on hot Florida day. I called to see if the ice cream machine was broken, which is 70% .... but The lovely lady on the phone stated that the ice cream machine is operation. I pull the freeway, walked in ... the place was spotless, fast service... smelled good. I couldn't figure out how to use self service machine, and a lovely lady up front took my order. Fast!! Parking: Loads of parking but you do have to go west when leaving and make a u turn at the lights if you are getting back on I75“

If you review my profile you will see I'm a local reviewer, not paid but consistent & honest. I've been eating off and on at this location for five years. The first year was terrible but I had actually made a call to corporate and they cleaned up the third shift (they kept burning the chicken black) which was when I had been going.

Since then I've not had a single bad experience or messed up order. Typically I go through the drive thru using their app.

At this location Ive found that the burgers are better than Wendy's & Culvers. Which is a surprise because to beat Wendy's is a hard one for me.

Do not believe the poor reviews you've seen from others, give this location a chance for yourself and see. Ive also always had friendly service.

As far as wait times I've never had to wait. I place my order in the app when I arrive in their parking lot and than immediately go thru the line.

“Me and my mom visit here we both got Italian subs on wheat bread was delicious hot and fresh combo with brownies flaky, chewy, and moist and soft drinks was strong cold and good my favorite part you can pick any flavor on the machine and also used the bathroom before we left very clean atmosphere oh my goodness customer service was A1 top tier It was the same way my Mom used to take me years ago when I was a little girl in Palm beach but I love the port charlotte location it’s local for me family friendly you can either take out dine in take out or delivery“

It consisted of extremely dry meat, like day old dry beef brisket. The white cheddar mac & cheese was tasteless and it was topped with a couple mini onion straws. $10. Won't make that mistake again. Wish I had watched the YT video reviews before ordering it. I'll stick with the roast beef sandwich.

However, I have to say that this location has gotten better. Friendlier staff, faster drive-thru. I did have a short wait, but at 6pm I was the only person in the drive-thru, yet I was asked to pull-over to a parking space and wait. Anyway, I still give this location a 4/5 because I do see an improvement. Just stay away from the steak nuggets. Phenomenal advertising/terrible menu item.“
