We ordered delivery and it was horrible service, they forgot a part of our order and when we called back about it, they knew they missed it. Woman taking our order was very rude and impatient.
I am picky about Pizza, it is so nice to have a GREAT PIZZA! I love the Pizza, the Crust is the best ever, it tastes great even with just Cheese, it's so good! So good! I got a large cheese, pepperoni and mushroom for my boyfriend and I, usually we have leftovers, NOT THIS TIME, HE LIKED IT AS MUCH AS I DO! It will be my go to for Pizza. Yummy that crust us good, not bread, not flat, just soft yet chewy enough to be great!
Called about a missing order at 8:05 and the phone was answered. “charlena’s were closed unless you’re calling about a missing order” (do you lose that many???)
Women on the phone then proceeds to trash Uber eats saying they don’t have any control over the time that they put on the delivery page
Uber eats estimated delivery on my order between 7:25-7:45. I ordered at 6/40 pm! How does this place stay in business especially now during a pandemic?????
