“I love the place, but the Sarasota Location needs faster bartenders. In addition, they need a place for guest waiting for a table to order a drink at the bar. We waited 45 minutes for a table, got to the table and waited 30 to 40 minutes for our mixed drink. We received our food in about 20 minutes, which was great. Jonathan the server was very apologetic. I went 2 weeks ago and Mary Kate my bartender/server was horribly slow. I had one drink and wings and took about an hour on a Sunday about 1pm. She had no sense of urgency and was not attentive at all. I love the place, but can't continue to go if this slow service is the norm from the bar. At the Tampa location the service was great and they had not one table available. Sarasota needs to step it up!“

“Had a pleasant experience this evening despite it being super busy Chris (manager) seated us amidst doing other things around the restaurant . Alexis (server ) was very attentive, helpful and pleasant . Our food came out a little bit cold but still tasty at which point Sam (manager ) checked on our table and was sure to send our feedback to the kitchen and offer to rectify the issue . All in all the atmosphere is fun and lively and the staff made up for anybody other shortcomings that had arrived . Will try again .“

“Came in for lunch today with my husband and the restaurant was packed (new years day). We have been here before and always liked the food and the atmosphere. There was a bit of a wait but the server, host, manager (?) Andrew was hospitable, funny, cracking jokes and made sure to check on everyone in the restaurant. I had not seen him there before but his contagious personality deserves to be recognized. He was an absolute pleasure and made the visit that much better. We will def. be back in the future!!!“

“We stopped for lunch while in Naples and had a wonderful time. The environment was great and food was delicious and authentic. Highly recommend the Grouper Tacos and the Tampiqueña. The guacamole and salsa were perfect with fresh tortilla chips. Everything came out quickly and service was excellent, even with our four young children! Thank you for a great time!“

“The food was excellent. Great selection and fresh fish. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. The chef was veery accommodating. I requested a slight modification to a menu item and the chef made the changes for me. We have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. Always a "five" star rating!!!“

“Monica was our server and she was the sweetest, nicest human on earth!! She made our virgin margaritas by hand, with real watermelon and strawberries, and catered to our every need. The guacamole is a must. Everything we ate was delicious and authentic. Even the water was filtered . The owner came and talked to us, and he was so kind and humble. This place is a huge yay!“

“How fortunate we were to stumble across this goldmine. Friend at the Lely Resort had given us the recommendation and they were spot on! wonderful flavors, great value and the owners were so gracious. I will be back. HELP the owners to get permanent county approval to stay there- you wont be sorry.

Mexico and I do not mean the tourist areas and I have spent months there and this is one of the best tacos I have had since El Fogon in Plays
del Carmen! There was a ton of carne Asada
Which was tender and juice and I even got a Mexican come which is soooo
Much better than American coke. I was so hungry I dug into My first Taco before I remembered the photos and they brought me complimentary chips too while

“Ordered Chicken Nachos for an appetizer. I probably wouldn’t order them again as they were lacking ingredients I’m accustomed to such as jalapeños, sour cream, beans. The tortilla chips tasted like they were cooked in old oil to best describe it. On with my dinner which was delicious and that was the Fajita Chicken Burrito. I ordered a side of Pico Salsa. Fantastic! Service was excellent. It’s located in a small plaza off Davis Blvd near Shadowlawn, right after the car wash.“
