The sushi is excellent. Those saying its overpriced hasn't done research into the cost of fresh high caliber fish. If you want stale frozen sushi this isnt the place. At this establishment they have very high quality sushi.
Mimoto was everything they said it was and more. Hamachi was like butter, the rolls were fantastic and the dessert were fire! I can't wait to come back.
Went to korea last year and i cant move on from their udon. After a year of research i finally found the same authentic udon

MIMOTO Naples is a Japanese restaurant in Naples offering excellent sushi and very high quality sushi. The sushi is excellent, and those saying it is overpriced may not have done research into the cost of fresh high caliber fish. This is not the place for stale frozen sushi. Guests describe it as the best Japanese food in Naples so far. It is a small space reflecting a Japanese atmosphere. Miso soup, spicy Hamachi bites, Naguro roll and beef Udon Noodles were excellent, with freshness of the ingredients and preparation and subtle aromatic flavors. Even the wasabi tastes much better than any other place. It is as close to a real Japanese experience as you can get. It is not a rowdy friends place but a sit down and experience awesome Japanese cuisine. The food and drinks are absolutely phenomenal, and the incredible service keeps guests coming back. Staff members are kind, welcoming, and genuinely humble. The food is amazing, the best sushi in Naples, with a lot of food on the sushi, and the staff is very friendly. The place is like a hidden gem, almost hidden but super cute.
