Being from NYC we are accustomed to Chinese cuisine. Our expectations of finding similar quality here in Florida was relatively low. We could not have been more mistaken. PJK was more than we expected. This was one of the best dining experiences we have had here in Naples. Food quality and flavor was on par with or better than some of the dining venues in NYC. We REALLY wanted to like this place. Naples needs a decent upscale Chinese restaurant so badly.The build out is really nice. Comparable to what you would expect a block off of 5th. Our wives were freezing from the A/C blasting at the bar, but they got used to it.Bar selection was very good, and the bartender took great care of us. We love Lake Park Diner and were told this has the same owner so decided to give it a try. We ordered take out and were so disappointed. It was super expensive, even for Naples. I’m happy to pay good money for good food, but the Lo Mein was underwhelming, the General Tso’s was fine, and the pork dumplings were really dry. The most disappointing part was the small portions - not enough to satisfy one person and certainly not enough to share. There has to be better Asian food...read full review
