My first time here and as we all know, good sandwiches are hard to find in Naples. I was skeptical because Primo is a chain, but the menu looked awesome. So for my first trip, I ordered the Chicken Suprimo. Breaded chicken cutlets, with fresh mozzarella and roasted red peppers. I added on oil and vinegar and hot cherry peppers ?. This place has the best 'hoagies' that we have had since living up in ME, CT, MA. The gentleman than run it absolutely couldn't be nicer, more patient or friendly. They are amazing to my children and I every time we enter. Though it is a small area to gather, it is immaculate, they treat you like old friends, and their soft bread, fresh meat, and quality subs are by far the best we've had in years. Always check your bags. The food is great when it’s right. I go several times a month and typically order the same things. Often times items are missing and one time in particular a meatball sub turned into meatballs sitting on a bed of lettuce.
