“This place lives up to its name !! I am a sushi snob. I want my sushi cold and fresh and it was exactly that. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are awesome. I got a spicy crab roll with cream cheese and roe and it was to die for had to get more to bring home. My man got the sushi burrito it was excellent ( I had to take a bite.) I know good sushi and this place was excellent . The seating is comfortable, it was nice and cool and the manager was very professional and polite , all together a great experience , very happy to have a good sushi place close by. 10 out of 10 !! “I learned about Penguin Pretzels after visiting Clearwater and I ordered a pretzel at Frenchys Cafe. It was amazing and probably the best pretzel I have ever had. I found out that the pretzels came from this Penguin Pretzels and when we left Clearwater I just knew we had to stop there before our next destination. We ordered online which was so easy and just pulled right up to the door and they brought it out to our car. We dug right in since they were nice and hot. Omg!! They are so fresh and so tasty!! “Met our friends here for dinner. Never had been before and was blown away how wonderful it was. The food was delicious and my boyfriend’s steak came with a personalized message. The server had a great personality and was just superb. They brought out two cannolis with candles, for my boyfriend and friends birthdays, and we did not even ask for them. “My stars do not matter. I have one point to make. Why do we insist on eating the same, generic, "too easy to mess up", food from the same franchised, chain restaurants? I do not get it. We could be cooking for each other, big and often dinners or lunches in our own communities. We could be challenging every privately, family owned and operated eateries to be the best and worth our dollars! We'd all do better to see less chain restaurants. We do not need these places, we don't even need one. It's not even a luxury expense worth our time. We would do so much better to be together at our own places to cook and eat, from our homes to our own restaurants. Quit fast food, quit supporting the same restaurant on every corner. Quit supporting min wage employment. Quit bad food and the most generic.“
