“Food here is great. We had the stewed chicken (pollo guisado) and the grilled chicken (pechuga de pollo) with white rice and fried plantains (tostones). The meat was well seasoned, the grilled chicken was juicy, and the plantains were made fresh. Everything tasted like a home cooked meal. The employees are super accommodating and provide excellent service. The prices are great. I will definitely come back when I'm looking for dominican food. Thank you for the great experience.“

“This was our first time eating at Bahama Breeze. We went for lunch and had a salad and a pasta dish. Both were very good, and filling, The grilled chicken salad and the mushroom pasta were filling and our non-alcoholic beverages were adequate. Stacey, our server, was attentive and positive. We would return for a dinner to explore more options.“

“Today 12/14/2024 I visited Pollo Tropical during the night shift and I had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and professional attention. I would like to especially highlight three members of the team who made my visit very pleasant:
• Carlos Duarte (Cashier): He was extremely kind and patient when taking my order, making sure everything was correct and answering my questions with a positive attitude.
• Carlos Segura (Manager): His leadership and dedication to providing excellent service was evident. Their presence was reflected in the good organization and efficiency of the place.
• Melissa (Living Room): The dining area was spotless thanks to her. He constantly cleaned and kept everything in perfect condition, which made enjoying the food even better.
In addition, the food was delicious, with an exquisite flavor that exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with music at a perfect volume that allowed for comfortable conversation.
I would definitely recommend this Pollo Tropical. Thanks to the team for making my visit a memorable experience. Keep up the great work!“

“It had been a while since I’ve eaten at Pollo Tropical. There were some changes to the menu, but it really didn’t matter. I feel like you can’t have bad food here. My first made me want to dance in my seat so I did! Lol! A gentleman in the dining room saw me seat dancing and agreed that the food was worthy of the celebration dance. Food service, and atmosphere are all very good along with great prices. This is definitely my favorite fast food. If you can even call it that.“
