The meat was well seasoned, the grilled chicken was juicy, and the plantains were made fresh. Everything tasted like a home cooked meal. The employees are super accommodating and provide excellent service. The prices are great. I will definitely come back when I'm looking for dominican food. Thank you for the great experience.“

“Today 12/14/2024 I visited Pollo Tropical during the night shift and I had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and professional attention. I would like to especially highlight three members of the team who made my visit very pleasant:
• Carlos Duarte (Cashier): He was extremely kind and patient when taking my order, making sure everything was correct and answering my questions with a positive attitude.
• Carlos Segura (Manager): His leadership and dedication to providing excellent service was evident. Their presence was reflected in the good organization and efficiency of the place.
• Melissa (Living Room): The dining area was spotless thanks to her. He constantly cleaned and kept everything in perfect condition, which made enjoying the food even better.
