Had family visiting from out of town. There were 6 of us. Ordered prime rid all around. Every one of us got COLD prime rib. Not just warm but cold. I ordered medium and it was cold as in just out of refrigerator - I'm sure was never heated up at all. My brothers ate theirs cold since they were hungry and not too fussy, but the 3 women took it home to fix in air fryer before eating. We waited over 4 min to be greeted when we walked into the entrance. Had to write our own name on the waiting list as people who came in after us were added before us. Ery u organized. Waited EXTREMELY long for our food. Server was great!

I ordered the three pancakes, 2 bacon and 2 eggs. I was kinda disappointed that I couldn't swap the pancakes for hash browns. They said that they can only swap them for toast. Really two pieces of toast. Not a very good alternative. But the food is good there and the prices are competitive with other places.
