Le Goût Des Caraibes Restaurant offers amazing Haitian cuisine with yummy food and great customer service. The owner is friendly and helpful, making the dining experience wonderful. The original Haitian flavors are fantastic, and the clean restaurant with nice staff makes it worth the drive. The food is excellent, fresh, and well-seasoned, with excellent portions. The fish is fried to perfection, the macaroni salad is tasty, and the presentation is professional. The griot complete is packed with flavor, and the plantains are crispy outside and tender inside. The black rice is a favorite, and the Pate Kode is to die for. The rice, sauce, beans, goat, turkey, and plantains are all delicious. The staff pays special attention to detail, and the place is clean and smells good. The meat was well seasoned and the black rice was delicious. The food at this restaurant is very good; They fried the mess out of the meat, but the flavor was still there. The portions are great. The black rice with oxtail was seasoned well, and the oxtail was tender and rich, and the mac & cheese was legit good. You can tell they put care into their cooking. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great Haitian restaurant experience.
