This location is typical for Papa Johns, however, they don't server individual slices so we ended up ordering medium pizza. The staff is nice, but it took a while for the pizza to come and the seats outside were taken by random people who were not customers so we ended up walking around with the box and eating in the parking lot.

Decent pizza but the facility is so run-down and tired that I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. The food takes a long time to prepare, the staff doesn't seem to be in sync with each other, and writing 'family-owned and operated' on the wall just makes the whole thing look even sadder. Honestly, I don't understand how their franchisee license hasn't been revoked yet, especially in an upscale area like Sunny Isles Beach.
