“Aweful experience, there is one girl only working hard making sure all the cookies go out while two others aren’t helping and barely doing anything making her do all of the work. This is a Monday September 10 at 7pm. Whoever was working the cookie station needs a raise, the two other girls need to be fired. There’s 20 people, 10 waiting outside 10 waiting inside. I have been waiting for an hour with new people coming on and out. This is ridiculous.“

“Our first ever visit to try their famous Double Butter Burger and it was amazing. The friendly counter service and a very clean dining area. We also tried dessert and had a Concrete Mixer and Turtle Sundae. We definitely will be back.“

“Adriella is so sweet, informative, kind, funny and a great employee all around. She explained the different options, products and helped in every way. The ice cream, cotton candy and snow cones were great. We visited both days of our vacation in May. Very cute and clean place!! Highly recommended!! We returned to Florida a month later and visited this place 4 of our 5 days in town! There’s so much offered here! Waffle cones, waffle bowls, homemade snow cones, sundaes, cheesecake, shakes, cotton candy, banana splits, floats…. I’ve never seen a “snack” shop offer so much!! Cute atmosphere, great prices, amazing service!!!“

“I just went to the Port Charlotte location and had the best pumpkin ice cream in the world!! What a great location with a convenient drive thru. I love the art on the outside of the building as well as the indoor seating area. What a wonderful addition to Port Charlotte.“

Seasonal pumpkin is back it’s yummy.
The Oreo cheesecake and mint Oreo are my favorites.
Drive thru line backs up but does go quickly.
Open later than other places.
The girls are very nice.

“We got the chicken tika nan wrap, chicken tika tacos and a samosa. The salted Carmel toffee coffee icecream was very good, you can tell it’s homemade and not store bought.My only regret was getting a single samosa and not 3 or 4.We will get them again when they are in the area.They were very kind.“

“Everyone loved the dairy free ice cream cake. Although we were unable to get his picture on it because the machine was not functioning, we were informed in a timely manner. It was delicious and beautifully decorated.Dad's 99th birthday was special and everyone loved the ice cream. Thank you to everyone who was responsible for making and decorating the cake.“

“This was our second time visiting this place and Wow!! Not only is the ice cream incredible, but this time we tried the brownie sundae and the brownie is amazing 🤤 BUT the best part about this place is how incredibly friendly their staff are. Both times we visited were late at night, just before closing, because we had that late night craving for something sweet, and both times we were met with nothing but friendly smiles and willingness to give us samples and time to choose our flavors. We did not feel rushed in any way, and they made us feel as though they appreciated us being there just as much as we appreciated them still being open for us. We will definitely be returning.“

“This place is simply amazing! First of all their ice cream is amazing, you can order so many different kinds of ice cream and toppings, my personal favorite was the S’mores Sundae, it comes with a toasted marshmallow on top and it just reminds me of a campfire. They have tons of games for the kids to play such as; putt putt, checkers, hook on the ring and big tic tac toe. Only thing to be aware of is this is not a place where you go in to, it’s a walk up window.“

“Love the Cod Fish basket with fries) Best we have ever had, better than in New England! it was only 55 degrees in SW FL (Pt Charlotte) tonight so we asked for coffee instead of soft drinks. They made it fresh for us & it was fabulous. Better than Dunkin or Starbucks! WOW. And your employees are super nice.“
