“After having come across their Instagram account some time ago, we've talked about eating at this semi-permanent food truck often, but just haven't been able to get there. After months of drooling over their posts, we finally made it happen and it did not disappoint. I (JH) have never had Venezuelan food before so I wasn't sure what to get. After the kind gentleman explained the menu items to us, I ended up with a Cachapa with ham. In full disclosure I don't know what a cachapa is "supposed" to taste like so I have no baseline to compare it to, but as far as flavor goes, this was fantastic. The outside reminded me of a thinner, slightly crispier arepa. The sweet corn wasn't too sweet and the butter gave it a great sweet/salty combo. The inside is filled with what's called De Mano cheese...think of it like a mozzarella type cheese. And boy did they fill it! In addition to the cheese I added ham, but I could have gone with smoked pork, steak, more cheese, sausage, etc. AND I could have gotten as many meats as I wanted to, they're just all an up charge...obviously. I (JD) had the UBF Burger and it was fantastic. This monster comes with Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese, Bacon , Egg, Cabbage, Potato Chips, Ketchup, Mayo, Mustard, Pink Sauce, Green Sauce, and a side of delicious fries. When a sandwich has things like "pink sauce" and "green sauce" listed, count me in! The burger was massive. I got the double beef, but you can customize from a single to a quad, as well as pick one of their other meat options (see JH's review for list). The "potato chips" are the delicious little potato sticks and they were a nice addition to the sandwich. Their French fries were amazing. I don't know if they put a really lite breading on them, but they had a delightful little crispness to them. Not listed on the menu is a house made drink described to us as kind of a sweet tea/lemonade, but they use real tea leaves, cane sugar and other ingredients that weren't listed, but tasted differently wonderful. They have 6 covered and lit picnic tables which was good, but being that the truck is located on Bayshore road across from the North Fort Myers Wal-Mart, you do hear quite a bit of traffic, though that didn't seem to interrupt our conversations at all so it's not too intrusive. It wasn't what we would consider cheap as our orders totaled about $24 each, but it's a food truck and we expect to pay a little more. At UBF, we're happy to do so and support them making delicious food. Make sure you check their hours before you go though, they aren't open everyday. But we definitely recommend you go!“
“Delicioso! Wacky mix but so good! They have such a large variety of goodies. They're a mom and pop shop and that makes me love it even more. Supporting locals with great products. And not to mention everything is made fresh and on the spot. That does mean it takes a little longer but can't beat fresh! $43 dollars for the watermelon bowl, two mangonadas, esquire, and a mondez apple soda. Not bad if you ask me. The water melon bowl fed three people.“

“The owners are so, so kind and Dani and Ally are amazing in the kitchen and with customers. Their genuine concern for our satisfaction and experience was evident by their smiles, outstanding service, and kindness! my husband and I LOVED the delicious breakfast sandwiches! The everything bagels are to die for! And the apple muffins! Whoa Nellie! I gave up sweets for lent...until I had that muffin! Crazy delicious! We went back the next day for more! Perfection! “Wow! So glad we found this place. Ice cream was amazing. They even had dairy free options for the vegan crowd! What was better than the ice cream was the service from what I would guess are high school and maybe some college kids. So patient with my three kids and they were handling a steady stream of customers like pros. Will definitely be back when I get a chance.“
“My mother, daughter and myself found Sylwia’s on a girls day outing and will absolutely be coming back. We tried the salted caramel apple non-dairy ice cream and the dulce de leche non-dairy and it was phenomenal. By far the best ice cream we’ve ever had since having to cut out dairy. Sylwia was the absolute sweetest and made the experience even better. We can’t wait to come back and try more delicious treats.“
“I've been following the Smallcakes of Fort Myers Facebook page for a couple of weeks now. I believe in supporting small businesses, even if it's just sharing posts. I was scrolling a couple of days and came across one of their posts, with the cupcake specials of the day. My daughter and I love Italian rainbow cookies. They had a rainbow cookie cupcake as a special of the day. We decided to finally stop by the shop and take home a few different types. I'm going to have to say these are probably some of the best cupcakes that we have ever had.*The Italian Rainbow Cake is 3 layers of almond sponge cake, filled with raspberry jam, topped with chocolate ganache, Italian rainbow cookie, and sprinkles.*The Cannoli is a vanilla bean cupcake with chocolate chips, topped with cream cheese buttercream, chocolate, and a cannoli.*The Chocolate Cream is a chocolate cake filled with buttercream topped with fudge frosting and buttercream. *The Lemon Drop is a lemon cake filled with lemon curd, topped with lemon buttercream and lemon curd.If I could give them more stars for their rating, I would in a heartbeat!!“

The manager took the time to come out and talk to me about my experience and she was the sweetest girl ever! The ices are phenomenal and the atmosphere is fantastic. “MAPLE BACON DONUT ice cream! If you were a fan of Bennet's Coffee Maple Bacon donuts you have to stop by Wonderland in N. Fort Myers! Maple bacon donut ice cream is awesome! My wife looks at butter pecan and saw maple bacon donut ice cream. I look for anything cherry or blueberry. Thank you dear wife! I would have never seen it. Gave it a whirl and really enjoyed it! As long as I'm near North Fort, I will make this a very important stop! Bennet's may be gone, but Maple Bacon ICE CREAM? Count me IN!“
