The few staff members that I've seen have been quick and helpful. The donuts and ice cream have been delicious. Definitely will continue to return while im here.“

“Exceptional Donuts. My thing with donuts is that sometimes they are either too airy or two dense or even break apart when you dunk em in coffee. these are perfect donuts for me and my dunking personally. nice hearty texture with a pleasant sweetness and not overly sweet or yeasty. donuts with a great bite. will definitely buy again. a nice mix of donuts were tried and are of similar sweetness level and texture. if you have tried other donut shops and not this one your missing out. I will definitely try the other goods they offer here.“

“Great donuts, convenient location with a drive thru. I got the Bavarian filled donuts, they are just under $2 each. Taste the same as the ones at the Texas locations so it’s great. The only thing is that I did not see beignets on the menu as some in Texas have them.“

“Went to Starbucks a little further up from them and had abysmal service (wasn't greeted and no one even attempted to take my order - again, Starbucks are so overrated and have major bandwagon appeal)....left after a couple minutes of being ignored. Came to good ole dependable Dunkin (I do patronize them most anyway, they were just a bit further away and I was short on time for my lunch break), was greeted immediately, and had delish pumpkin spice latte made per my request and I was out of there, a satisfied customer, in a jiffy. Your employee, Jennifer, who usually works the morning shift during the week, is one of the nicest and happiest Dunkin' Donuts employees I have ever encountered in my 25 years of going there. I appreciate people who are always so positive because, in this world, most people are not. To see her smiling face every morning definitely helps. Please ensure she is recognized; she deserves it—working the morning shift is not easy.“

“Can’t complain—Treasure Island didn’t even have a Dunkin’ last year, so it’s great to finally have one. Yesterday I had a sandwich and a coffee, and both were good. This morning around 9am I stopped in again for just a coffee. The service was friendly, and you can tell people keep coming in, which says a lot.

“I've gone to this location several times. Service can get a little slow during busy times but I find this more of a management problem of not properly staffing during peak times. Donuts are best before noon. Coffee is excellent. If getting ice coffee ask them to stir in the desired sugar before adding ice so that the sugar dissolves or use NutraSweet which is a powder and will dissolve in ice.“
