“This is The Best Peruvian🎉🎉🎉 Restaurant… where to start? From the entrance, neat, welcoming! Mario our waiter was amazing, and we wish him the best on his First Day at Bravo Peruvian Cuisine 🥰 he’s a very experienced waiter, who was very attentive to our needs, friendly and knowledgeable.
Jose was also was amazing, making sure we have everything we needed from beginning to end, we were introduced to the restaurant Manager and I can assure that place runs that way because she’s a very knowledgeable person in the restaurant industry.
We had the House Ceviche, Anticuchos, Copa Brava ( which was brava for sure 🤣 delicious) and Papa a la Huancaina, chicha morada and a delicious Pisco Sour… everything was amazing, from looks to flavors, seasoning, plating! Delicious!
All I can say Bravo Peruvian Cuisine will see us a lot from yesterday and on ….. 🎉 everyone in the restaurant were respectful and making sure every single table was very well attended!“

Cabaña 28 in Fort Lauderdale is hands down the BEST Peruvian restaurant in the entire Miami area! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm service and an inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an unforgettable meal.

Let’s talk about the food — absolutely outstanding! The pollo a la brasa is perfectly seasoned and juicy, a true Peruvian classic done right. The arroz chaufa is flavorful and full of that delicious wok-fired taste, and the lomo saltado is simply next level — tender, savory, and full of authentic flavor.

And the ceviche? Fresh, zesty, and perfectly balanced — a must-try!

The entire menu reflects the richness of Peruvian cuisine, and every dish is prepared with care and quality ingredients. The service was excellent, attentive without being intrusive, and they made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal.

“This empanadas are delicious, big, filled to the max, packing tons of flavor at a great price! Must try. The powder sugar was a great addition. And the sauces were delicious. Spicy but not too spicy, just perfect. 10/10 I’m not a big coffee drinker so I got a pinapple smoothie and it was just right, perfect level of sweetness 10/10 The shop was very nice clean, and calm. “We thoroughly enjoyed our first experience with Peruvian food! The meal started with a small cup of deep fried Peruvian corn. So fun! Tasted like popcorn with the crunch of a chip. My husband remembered a Peruvian drink, called Chicha morada he had enjoyed from his childhood so we ordered it, made from purple corn and pineapple juice. Manta added lime in addition to the traditional cinnamon and cloves which made a delicious and complementary drink for our meal. We decided to order three appetizers, like a tapas bar, and share. Our first plate arrived with three different kinds of ceviche. Stunning presentation, delicious sauces with nuanced flavors that were new to us. Next we ordered baked scallops in a cheese sauce served with toast points. Again delicious but with more familiar flavors. Lastly we ordered a plate with 4 pork belly bites. Also presented beautifully, full of flavor. Interesting, delicious, unique flavors of Peru in a sleek, upscale setting. Highly recommend.“

The alcohol based drinks are good, simple enough but clean good yummy.
The dips, chimichurri, the red onion slaw (thats the nane i just made up) was craaaazy good omg I could eat that slaw on anything lol..cereal cool, cake why not, lol ...ok joking! But you have to get that red onion slaw..

“What an awesome place just a quick walk from my hotel. I got there just in time for the lunch special. 1/2 chicken with rice, beans and banana along with a cola. I added an empanada. Even with a tip it was less than 20 bucks! Delicious moist, flavorful chicken with crispy skin. Bananas were yummy. The salsa bar has a variety of choices. I tried several. They were very good. Fast, friendly service served cafeteria style. Leave your tray and plate on the table when you go. They'll clean it up for you. I wanted to try the rice pudding for dessert but I was so stuffed I got a to go box when I left to walk back to the hotel. I only gave a star on atmosphere because of the neighborhood. It was in a dirty area. Atmosphere inside was comfortable, relaxed and homey. I'll be back!“
