Their machine wouldn't take one of my cards, so had to use a different one. No big deal..
However, waited quite a while for the order. They forgot to put my jalapeño bites in my bag. I didnt realize till I got home (14 mile drive). I checked to the best of my ability before leaving the restaurant but all the fries were places in the bag upside down and were falling into the bag, so it made it hard to make sure everything was in there...

My food was hot and fresh!
Staff really went above and beyond to get me what wanted.i don't eat beef and I asked if there could be a swap of the beef patty for chicken and calls were made and even though it costs me a little more than the regular price I got what I wanted.
