We ordered the prime rib and asked for it to be rare came out. It was more of a medium rare. It was very dry, heavy fat and really no flavor to it. The rest of my party. Their food was enjoyable. They had a great time. Uh not expecting the food the prime rib taste like that by the price they were charging next time we’ll know better
WE HAVE HELD MULTIPLE BIRTHDAY GATHERINGS AT ELEVATION. JILL THE HOST HAS ALWAY BEEN HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL! ALL OF THE STAFF HAS BEEN JUST AMAZING TO OUR GUESTS AS THIS IS AN ADULT BIRTHDAY GATHERING. I GAVE A 5 STAR IN EVERY AREA BECAUSE THE STAFF AND OWNERS NEED TO KNOW THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND IMAGE. OUR COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF AS WE HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD MEAL. " GOOOOO ELEVATION!"
