I have always had perfect meals at Marks. However, tonight I had a problem that could not be ignored. I ordered my filet medium. When I cut into it, I saw that it was clearly medium-well, on its way to well done while I wait for the waiter to check back on us. I called his attention to my overcooked steak and he disagreed with me, saying "it looks Medium to me". We were a party of 5 that dined last night 2/1/25. We had a reservation and were seated in the bar area at a high top table. We arrived on time and were seated. It took FOREVER for the server to come to the table. When he did finally arrive, hearing the nightly specials was difficult due to his "stumbling" descriptions.
