I have always had perfect meals at Marks. However, tonight I had a problem that could not be ignored. I ordered my filet medium. When I cut into it, I saw that it was clearly medium-well, on its way to well done while I wait for the waiter to check back on us. I called his attention to my overcooked steak and he disagreed with me, saying "it looks Medium to me". I pointed out to him that people on both sides of me had medium filets and they were nice and red and juicy, while mine...read full review
