The guy at the drive-thru window was nice. But the drive-thru wasn’t even busy and it took 15 minutes to wait in line. There were 2 workers laughing and playing in the background. The food was cold and I’ve never had such small pieces of chicken at a Panda Express in my life. Then I had to wait longer just for my coke.
His name is Tyrese. He should not be working there..he should be in a high corporate office working. What customer service I received from this young man. The best! Had the shrimp with brisket. Food was really good. I'll definitely be coming back to this panda. Thank you Tyrese for making us feel like family.
They have good service and friendly staff, my only negative was they don't serve my sweetfire chicken at this location.
