Everything from start to finish was a perfect dining experience. Service was excellent. We got the kangaroo tartar Appetizer. I've never had kangaroo before it was better than I was expecting. Cocktails were delicious. Wine list had everything you could want. My husband got the duck. It was perfectly crispy. I got the elk wellington special.
