Went to Zaxby’s within 10 minutes of them being closed and they claim they were already closed. I worked for Zaxby’s for multiple years. As long as there are people wanting to order, we had to make the food. It’s our responsibility when we post service hours to be in service. Especially when you are a interstate location when people are looking for better quality food. If this was a McDonald’s I wouldn’t expect anything else, but zaxby’s I expect better.

To Georgia, friendly staff fun place to eat.
So tonight my family and I order from this zaxbys via Uber eats. When our order arrived on top of being incorrect this jabbed me in the hand when I reached in the bag. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager but it was so loud I couldn’t hear her name. I stated that ticket punch needle thing from their restaurant just jabbed me in hand from my takeout bag, she proceeded to tell me that she has no idea what I am talking about that they only use a stapler?
