Last night was my first time trying this food truck. I’m a food truck foodie girl. When I say everything was on point! From customer service to the time I got my food. It did take a little wait but I was fine with that as I know good food takes time. Everything wash fresh, delicious, 10/10. I’ll be back again. They also are mobile & do catering. 😊

Del Encanto Food Truck offers fresh, delicious Puerto Rican food. The piña colada was so good that some ordered another one to take home. The alcapurrias stood out, with one customer saying they had been craving an alcapurria since a last PR visit and that Del Encanto blew their taste buds. The food is described as fresh, with great flavor, texture, quantity and quality. The mofongo doesn’t even need mayo-ketchup. There is a wait, but they warn you, so don’t go if you expect fast food service. The customer service is on point, and the atmosphere, Puerto Rican pride and good vibes make the experience feel special. The food truck is mobile and does catering. Sweet people and great vibes.
