“Even though Ellies has great food, great servers and othe help except Pam who was a different story the first time she was our server. She was pretty miserable and I noticed the busers were doing pretty much all of her work. She just took our order. Busers brought menus, silverware, drinks and even did our refills. One of the other servers on the floor brought us our food. We chalked it up to she was having a bad day and even though I wanted to tip the busers, we did tip Pam! Today we got her again and from what we could tell, nothing had changed! Our opinion, if you don't enjoy working with the public, hit the road before you start causing Ellies to lose customers. We will try again, but if we see her coming to us, we will ask for a different server. No one deserves to be treated rudely!!!! After working in Tampa on an off for a couple years I can say this is the best pad I have found in the area. “They are open until 2 AM which is great! The crust is not pre-made or prefrontal, he spins it right in front of you. We had the Orr, pepperoni with pesto and honey Sriracha drizzle. The pesto was not overwhelming and the drizzle was the perfect amount of spicy and sweet. The Italian working there never stopped and worked quickly to fill orders. I noticed they had a Cauliflower crust option! Prices are great! Make sure you give them a try!“

“The staff and the pizza are great. Just don’t try to use their website to order. It took over twenty (20) minutes and finally I had to switch browsers to order pizza. Then it forgot which location I had set as my favorite, even though I have an account , and defaulted to a store that was miles away, whose street name is almost identical to my favorite, Northdale vs North Dale Mabry.

If you *don’t* use Safari the website seems to work well. I had to use Firefox and now I use the app.
The pizza is tasty either way.
They were about 15 minutes this late last time but they were very apologetic and nice about it. They seemed short staffed and I don’t think it was the fault of the staff that were working that night. They are very busy on Tuesday and there were four people waiting in the store for pickup plus a couple of delivery people walking in and out all the time.
The people in my group love the pizza and I don’t think I could change vendors at this point if I wanted.
We used to order from another chain and the quality was inconsistent.

Ironically, that website doesn't allow me to complete my survey on my iPhone. I'll try it on my Mac. I like the pizza it's tasty. We buy it for our study group and they absolutely love the pizza.
I like the people at my store, on N. Dale Mabry, they're wonderful. Please make your website just fractionally as good as your pizza and your service, at least good enough for me to use it to order pizza.
I'll still order the pizza even if I have to phone it in. The people in my group would be disappointed if I ordered elsewhere.“
