“Clean environment for hot fast food place with restaurant feeling.“

“After 8 years away from Illinois, I was not sure how close the current offering was to my memory. I am happy to report that the result exceeded my expectations. Flavors and menu were spot on. Staff and service were well trained, friendly and attentive. Facility was clean, inviting and interesting. The negative was only in tech - we used kiosk to order and it worked for the basics but confusing for Portillos many options.“

“The chocolate cone was yummy. I did not want it dipped in chocolate but somehow that’s what happened. The staff needs to understand the orders. They also need an in service as to how to properly dip cones for DQ. The dip was not good.“

“We stopped in to Hardee’s to get some food. They have a new thing called the. Brisco maple bacon burger. It was so good. I wish I had one of these by our house. But we stopped in right before closing time on 2/17/25 and the staff were very helpful and very nice. Perfect customer service will definitely stop back by this one when we come down this way.“

“Idk if there is new management or new workers but tonight, (Friday 8/15/25), the Doritos locos tacos were off the chain!! The best I’ve ever had, really. The shells weren’t soggy and stale. The meat was present! The lettuce crispy! I ended up bringing 12 home to my kids and their friends bc they were the BEST they have ever been! Thank you!“

“I work by this location so been here a few times and the food is always on point but honestly a big reason I go here is the guy who I believe is the manager cause he always there i got later in the evening/night lol does a great job and actually gives you the impression he cares whether the food or saying what he says at the window he smiles, he seems happy to see you thats something you cant teach!! He's got charisma!

“I went to this taco bell after I had my shoulder surgery done. The food was awesome and the service was great. I recommend this restaurant for the awesome tasting food and great people working there.

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm disabled and the people working came and held open the door for me to come in and also when I left. Awesome employees.“

“The chicken was freshly fried and hot but lacked seasoning. The mac salad was deli style and tasty and the baked beans were soft n sweet 😋 I tried the 4 piece special which was filling. I would visit again but maybe try some other options. The service was kind and quick“

“I had to wait for my breakfast told to pull up and wait which i did but after 12 min i walked in and asked hey..where is my order? They forgot about me but made it quickly and threw in an extra hash brown. This McDonald's in particular is surrounded by urban sprawl soon to bury us in the area whith more traffic more headaches construction ect all the bullshit that cones along with it but this Crew at this McDonald's is very good its the area, parking lot that makes it inefficient. “First visit in awhile. Enjoyed a drink to start the night right. Service was excellent. I opted for their special (didn’t catch name) but it was a huge dish that consisted of mussels, scallops, shrimp, pasta in marinara sauce. So filling and plentiful seafood serving. Drinks packed a punch. Always a great place to go when wanting the try something new. Give this a try on your next opportunity.“
