“Fantastic, convenient, clean and inviting restaurant. The staff is friendly and fast. This restaurant uses the right portions, don't be fooled!!! The correct portion is 2 eggs to a 6 inch. Who in the world splits an egg like other Subway restaurants do? That is not of god! Go to this restaurant and they will treat you right. Not their fault Subway switched to Pepsi. Get coke elsewhere but come here for food. Like I do.“

But during busy times if u can just go there to get food it's better than delivery. When it's super busy u can spend an hour trying to call them and you keep getting a message that the number is busy. “First time here, i ordered the palomilla steak sandwhich, side of fries, and a mango smoothie. The sandwhich barely had any potato stix’s, sauce or any flavor. The steak was super tough. Fries were decent. Smoothie was delicious. Its was about $20 all together. Idk if ill come back or not“

“Tarpon Springs: Food always tastes fresh. I don't care much for the cheese steak meat being over chopped into mush so I stick to the cold subs. The Italian is very good especially on Rosemary bread. I plan on trying other varieties.
Service: I have had multiple experiences some good and some bad. The bad experience is mostly when picking up my order compared to eating there. 1.They acknowledged my order, checked the bag but then made me wait 8 minutes to hand me my order. 2. Time: I asked for oil/vinegar on the side. The bag didn't have it in the bag so one girl put some in but then ignored me after that (bad). I wanted to know if they put oil/vinegar on the sandwich before I left. Another girl (good)stepped in, checked it and remade the sandwich for me. Some people have attitudes like I am bothering them for even being there. The food is great though.“

“I was told Charley's Cheesesteaks were absolutely delicious. I beg to differ, I'd say they are like any other fast food sub. Milkshakes were ok. The service was absolutely delightful. I love to see young people take pride in their job. Having fun working and being joyful with the customers. Location was easy to find, plenty of parking. Inside the dining area was clean and inviting. The ladies' bathroom was clean. I would eat here again, but I wouldn't refer a friend with a grandiose description of the food. It's nothing over the top special.“

The thing is, there were two females making sandwiches which begs the question....did they wash their hands??? They wear gloves and, I suppose, they could wash their hands in the kitchen but why? Why is it broken? Do they not pee? As I said great food but this is a concern“

“This Charleys location is absolutely wonderful. Since my wife and I frequent that Walmart we have went to this location on average once a week since it opened, and haven't had a single bad experience. The closest was that I tried a new cheese stake that didn't agree with my body and it ended up making me nauseous, so I told the person I recognized as the boss, and stressed that I just wanted to let him know so the problem could be looked into. He ended up giving me a free cheese stake for my trouble. The food itself, while pricey, is amazing. Their wings are big, flavorful, and meaty. There have been cheese stakes I didn't like, but that is always a risk you take when you try something new. The cooks have never, not even once given me the wrong order. As far as atmosphere goes it does feel like you are in a little restaurant that is inside a walmart, but they can't really be blamed for the reality of it.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is flat ground, and I am sure if you need help with moving a chair someone would happily lend a hand.“
