“Had breakfast this morning. Ordered Corn Beef Hash, scrambled eggs and grits. The Hash was great. The eggs were cold and the grits were the consistency of soup. My breakfast was brought to me by one of the cooks in the kitchen. The same server replaced the grits with hash browns. Have eaten there several times but today seemed like total chaos which I never experienced before. Regardless of these events this morning I will be back to eat there again.“

“Went there this morning and let me tell ya. I have been in retail for 20 years and I was super impressed. Amber has got it going on!! She was very attentive and was a great leader of what seemed to be new staff. The host Christian was on top of it. Very positive and a go getter. Cleaned very well. Went outside to check the lot for trash!! I have been to the Waffle House plenty!! This has been by far the best service I have gotten!!! Kudos Amber and the crew!!!“

“Excellent food and excellent staff just very high price for a diner. Everything on the menu was pretty pricey except the kids menu and yet it seemed pretty expensive for the amount of food served. I like the place but once or twice a month is all I could afford there .“

“Jessica has been our server at IHOP for years since moving to Deltona, and she continues to be one of the biggest reasons we enjoy coming back. She is consistently friendly, attentive, professional, and somehow manages to stay on top of every detail even when the restaurant is extremely busy or wait times are longer than usual.

What stands out most about Jess is her consistency. Great customer service is easy when everything is running perfectly, but she delivers it even under pressure. She communicates, checks in, keeps a positive attitude, and makes sure her customers feel taken care of from start to finish.

Employees like Jessica do more than provide great service for IHOP. They set the standard for the people around them and represent the restaurant the way you would want every employee to represent it. I truly hope IHOP management recognizes the value she brings because, from a longtime customer’s perspective, she has all the qualities of someone who deserves the opportunity to take on more responsibility and move into a leadership role if not already.

“Our server Julia was very Nice. She came over to us right away, introduced herself and asked us what we wanted to order regarding drinks. She very very courteous,,informative, and polite. She kept coming over to our table to see if we were ok and asked if we needed anything. Excellent service!“

“My dad and I stopped in for my yearly birthday tradition with him. I love coming to this place and the waffles are fluffy and to die for! I kindly asked the waitress if she could make my banana split waffle into a :-) , and she came back with this very cute plate for my birthday. I am very happy to have known this place for many years.
