“I want to give a shout out to Amy, the general manager and her crew at The Shrimp Shack on December 17, 2024. I took my Momma there for a birthday lunch, (she’s turning 74 on December 18th), and while eating, my Momma had a seizure. Amy came over to our table and helped my Momma and keep me calm. Another employee called 911 while I was busy caring for her. Amy even told us to come back and eat at a later date and it would be no charge. I’m not sure if she’s a member of this group but thank you, ma’am for being there for my Momma and I. God put us in the right place at the right time. You’re a gem and I pray that God truly blesses you! ❤️“

Even the cook greeted us and thanked us for coming when we left, the great attitude by everyone was really noticeable! I brought my coffee and water right away, passing by a few minutes later, alert to me that my food would be right out, checked with me twice to make sure all was well . Being a chef with over 35 years experience in the hospitality industry. I can say that she gave the most impeccable service that you could ask for in any style. Restaurant, so if you ever stop by IHOP, ask if Jessica is working and get seated in her section. You will not be disappointed!!“

“The best customer service experience that I’ve ever received from Checker’s. Adrianne provided excellent attention to customer needs regarding matters outside of his control. Inspires me that he Maintains such passion and verve for his role at the company of checkers. Personally, I have found it difficult to work in such climates so I know firsthand how amazing and impressive it is that he maintains a positive attitude and uplifting spirit and demeanor, a challenging workload that requires him to be constantly on constant ticking noises from robots and machines in the constant extremely bright lights Preventing him from having rest moments or moments peace. I can strongly steadfastly say that Adrianne is the best checkers employee I have ever met in my entire life. And that says a lot, because I am a harsh critic and steadfast, loyal, long-standing customer of checkers . I’m also one of the United States of America’s strongest, most unwavering and resolved patriots Who would do anything for his country serving in anyway possible while wanting to serve in the best way possible if allowed or permitted to do so even admitted, debilitating circumstances. No matter who I encounter in my life, personal or professional, I will think back to my brief, yet meaningful encounters with strong hearted, resolved workers like Adrienne who make an appoint to step out from behind the barriers and confining spaces with unnecessary distractors and annoying noises, machine, clicks, texts, bright lights, and other unnecessary constraints to hand, deliver food and Beverages. Two customers waiting in their cars because the company willfully chooses to refuse implementation of enhanced efficient, technological innovations that have clearly been available for a very long time. For some reason, it seems like some of the highest level positions of power are occupied by others who seem committed to wasting billions of human peoples time.“

“Store is open until 10p but they were ready to kick us out of the lobby while we were eating our blizzards at 930p. No warning that the lobby closed just came up to our table at 928p and said the lobby closes at 930p you're welcome to finish eating outside. Umm, no! It's cold outside! Typically places lock the lobby and let the people inside finish up then let them out when they are done... Other than that it was a good experience at this location.“
