“I want to give a shout out to Amy, the general manager and her crew at The Shrimp Shack on December 17, 2024. I took my Momma there for a birthday lunch, (she’s turning 74 on December 18th), and while eating, my Momma had a seizure. Amy came over to our table and helped my Momma and keep me calm. Another employee called 911 while I was busy caring for her. Amy even told us to come back and eat at a later date and it would be no charge. I’m not sure if she’s a member of this group but thank you, ma’am for being there for my Momma and I. God put us in the right place at the right time. You’re a gem and I pray that God truly blesses you! ❤️“

“I rarely eat fast food, but it was 11 PM and I was about to head home and hungry. I ordered a vanilla shake and some fries but said only if they’re hot. The sweet gal said she would make sure they were hot.

I told her I forgot to tell her no whipped cream on the milkshake, so could I have an extra cup to put the whipped cream in? She smiled and said no problem and gave me the extra cup and the super hot fries. They were fantastic and the milkshake was good too. I wish I had gotten her name. I really appreciate the great service.“

“Stopped off to have breakfast. All my car is being prepared and was immediately greeted by a server jessica, with a big smile and great attentiveness, she asked what I would like took my order. I brought my coffee and water right away, passing by a few minutes later, alert to me that my food would be right out, checked with me twice to make sure all was well . Being a chef with over 35 years experience in the hospitality industry. I can say that she gave the most impeccable service that you could ask for in any style. Restaurant, so if you ever stop by IHOP, ask if Jessica is working and get seated in her section. You will not be disappointed!!“

“I was initially hesitant to dine here due to a previous negative experience with Checkers as an adult. However, I must say that my recent visit completely changed my perspective!
When I took my first bite of the fries and burger, it was like being transported back to my childhood! The flavors were so reminiscent of the amazing taste that once motivated me to walk five miles from my grandmother’s house in Springfield, IL, just to enjoy a meal at Checkers/Rally’s.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff and especially the cooking team. Your hard work and dedication truly shine through in the food you serve. I had a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning for more!

“The length of the lines were very long and they managed it well- moved quickly ...we had was the steak bagel sandwich was horrible... definitely not like the original ones that they had....not this places fault... corporate.....also the new bagel sandwiches, the items do not fill the bagel........pay a lot get little...story of our lives now with Joe Blow in office!“
