“This local, family-owned establishment offers a truly authentic Hispanic dining experience. Many of the traditional dishes are homemade, and the owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. They speak English fluently and are happy to help you navigate the menu, which is not in English. While this is not the place to go for Mexican-American style food, it is a great option for those looking to try authentic Hispanic cuisine. The restaurant also sells Hispanic groceries and has a pool table and a bar. It can be quite busy on the weekends with Hispanic customers, and it is open late like any other bar until 2 am on the weekends. Don't be intimidated if you are not a native Hispanic person - everyone is very friendly and helpful. Just let them know that you want to experiment and learn about their food and culture, and they will be happy to show you the ropes.“

“I love it here, specially the very kind Chassity, the cashier who took our order , she’s my favorite and the guys who are giving out our orders. Very friendly spirited smiling, respectful and courteous people. Place is clean, the ambiance, has an outdoor option, lots of parking area, great freshly made food. My favorite Panera place for now. I ordered it I think on a Wednesday and needed it by Saturday and let me tell you Brew-Bakers made it happen. The cake was beyond amazing the look, the taste the everything. Only negative is the kraut, it has a strange bitter taste so I avoid it even though I really love kraut. I challenge anyone to find a better tasting cheese cake. “The menu is extensive. Great sandwichs and good German sausages, kraut, and potato salad. The soup menu is good at least three to select from. And the desert display is mouth watering. A great selection of beer that you can purchase to take home as well.“

“This was my first time visiting JJ’s Cafe. Immediately I was greeted by the friendly owner and gave him my order. He asked my name and asked me if it was my first time in. I said yes and he let me pick out a cookie (which is delicious!). While I sat and waited for my food which wasn’t long at all I noticed a group of gentleman visiting with one another. The owner was also speaking to them all. Two other guests came in to order after me and they greeted them by name and had a quick but personable conversation. The gentleman cooking knew their names too and so did the woman working as well. I got the Italian Stallion which was delicious. Overall great prices for delicious fresh food. But what made me write a review was the service and the atmosphere. I saw a sign that said “leave as friends” and it seems they certainly practice that. Thank you for my lunch and pleasant service!“

“I went there and had their bacon cheeseburger. This was the best burger I tasted fluffy bun juicy patty wasn’t smashed at all. I had to take a box of fries home because I was full just off the burger. The prices are amazing here. I normally don’t write reviews but this deserves a 5 star from me“

“Can’t beat it. Food is good, cheap, and you can easily spend $700 on things you didn’t know you needed while you’re there. Dont forget to get a rotisserie chicken while you’re there. It’s kind of like a chicken scented air freshener for your car while you drive home.“

“I previous visited this facility but left because I felt ignored. Today I tried again. There appeared to only be 2 people there a man and a younger woman. No greeting again when you walk in however there was already a line so I joined. Placed my order for an Italian hot chocolate and an iced tiramisu. I can't speak for the pastries or sandwiches but the quality is good on the drinks. There were other people there meeting with friends and a few who were there to work/study.“

“I was introduced to this place recently and I love it. It is a hole-in-the-wall bar but a bit more upscale than some other places I’ve been to. They have a variety of beers as well as your regulars like Michelobe. I’ve had their burger and grilled cheese so far and it is great - a female chef cooks and she is awesome. The bartenders are good and try to make it a point to know and remember who you are. It’s a bit far from where I live but I’ll make the trip at least once a week to visit. It is a place that will become a regular place I frequent since I moved.“

“This place is kind of hidden. It’s at the far end of the building by the hotel. Go in past the fountains, walk by the elevators, and you’ll see it. The food’s tasty and easy on the wallet. Their pancakes are good and they have big to-go salads for $10“
