Food was good this time but service was non existent. We used the kiosk and then kept searching for someone to hand us our cups. Mean took almost 15 minutes fir 2 pick 2 sandwiches and salads but they were as ordered. We bused our own table and had to find someone to ask for additional napkins. They're prices have just gone through the roof while limiting menu options

Panera used to make great crusty french baguettes and tasty croissants. In the past 12 - 18 months the look and the taste changed. The product's names no longer resemble their tasty origin. The recipe changes were likely driven by the quest of higher profits. Using the same dough for bread and pastry will never work. The bread is no longer crusty and the croissant are no longer flacky and light. They taste doughy and heavy. Please, please, please resume using your old recipes...read full review
