“Blue Bamboo is hands down one of the best dining experiences in Jacksonville. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can tell real care goes into every dish. The Sichuan bowl was packed with bold flavor without being overpowering, and everything came out hot and beautifully presented.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the customer service. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. They made great recommendations, checked in at the right moments, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for amazing food, great service, and a place that clearly takes pride in what they do, Blue Bamboo is a must. I’ll definitely be back.“
“I stopped by Dua on a Monday night when it was pretty slow, but my server Soto made the whole experience feel special. He was friendly, attentive, and created such a nice atmosphere even with the quiet crowd. He also made me the best espresso martini I’ve ever had — perfectly balanced and so smooth. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. I really appreciated the great service and vibe he brought to the night. Definitely recommend asking for Soto if you visit Dua!“

“My party of 4 ordered the Whole Hog for $48. You get 4 sides and the meats. It was weird getting 3 Ribs so one of us had to do without a rib. The presentation of the platter of meat for the Hog was sloppy. Our server Vic. S. Was very pleasant but had to ask her for drink refills and plates for the Whole Hog.“

“Listen I did not know this little hidden gem was right up the street from where me and my husband live, we decided to stop at the laundromat and do a couple of loads of laundry and noticed this place next door and was like, let's go check it out, Ms. Gina. I believe she is. The owner, greeted us very pleasantly... We ordered three fried chicken beans and rice plates & two banana colas... We were the only customers at that time. So the place was empty. Her attitude was quite friendly and refreshing. The atmosphere What's pleasant? The food was amazing. The chicken, even though it looked dried out. Trust me, when I tell you. It was very juicy & well-seasoned... The coleslaw. Was amazing. I wish I could have had a lot more than that. L o l I started to go back and ask her to do me a pint of it... Sometimes you have to get out and explore your neighborhood. The food reminds me of straight-home cooking, which is refreshing. That means a lot coming for me. I don't eat out because I am very picky. We'll be paying, Ms. Gina. A visit again... So if you guys are ever on the west side of Jacksonville, go check her out, you won't be disappointed... For 3 plates & two banana colas plus tip..it was $43“

“FINISHED IN 15 MINUTES OR LESS! I personally am a very picky person, I really value quality. I got a steak rice bowl and it didn't disappoint, you can definitely feel the love that's put into it. I'm coming back, don't know when but I'mma tear it up again!😂“

“Went for happy hour oysters and martini. Yvette was awesome and knew a ton about oysters, makes her own special cocktail sauce, truly was passionate about her job, she made the experience for me. Maddy was my server/ bartender and she was very attentive and sweet“

“I've been in the old Crackers of yesteryear and the recently remodeled version. I have to say that it's a big jump forward for the place. Same crowd, much nicer atmosphere and design.“
