“The best place to be with friends or a date in downtown Brunswick. The music and atmosphere puts you in a good mood. LOVED the pre-mixed cocktails, especially the hibiscus cinnamon drink with rum. And the service will leave you smiling..Enjoy!“
“We’ve gone multiple times and it’s definitely our go to bar! The drinks are always great and prices are cheap. There’s 2 pool tables and 2 darts games. There’s also a TouchTunes juke box and karaoke a few nights a week. The do live bands on Fridays/Saturdays out back as well.“
“We had a great meal at 1509 Brunswick. We enjoyed the Papperdelle pasta, fish du jour & Lamb dish -all were delicious! The wine & service were exceptional despite the busy crowd & the rain which kept folks inside. A nice meal at a great Venue!“
“Everything is good and reasonable prices. Our server was a nice young woman, I think she was just having an off day. Got a few things wrong but just let it slide except we wanted unsweet tea instead of sweet. Most important. But other items we just let her know afterwards. I think she just had a bad day or a customer glitch. She was ver friendly and apologized... was a good trip to this restaurant overall“
“Love this place. Consistently great food great service and wonderful atmosphere. Only downside is how popular it is and since they don't take reservations you often have have a long wait... But if you're not in a hurry it's a great opportunity to grab a cocktail and sit outside and take in the scenic views of the marsh and the beautiful sunsets“
“Palm Coast is a quaint little coffeehouse & cafe / bakery. Serves breakfast and lunch and with beer and wine selections. The indoor seating is tight but the outdoor seating offers a bit more room. Breakfast was average however the bakery items looked very temping. Servers were stretched, slow, and appeared new to the service industry. We were seated promptly a little before 9am but there was a line when we left.“
“Great service! Everyone is very welcoming and proud of their establishment. The seafood is one of the FRESHEST I’ve seen in the coast southeast region! Great price point: appetizers under 18, market price for red snapper 22 (comes with a side dish, a bread loaf and salad)! This will be a new regular visit for us.“
“Surprisingly delicious! Arrived expecting another overpriced mediocre meal from the another hotel restaurant. The food was great! I was drawn in by a previous review for the bourbon peach pie, but found out they switch the menu often. At the time of my review, it turns out they only serve brunch and dinner until April. I had the shrimp and grits which comes with andouille sausage, simply delicious! I also had the Georgia peach cobbler, which was amazing. The staff was very polite, helpful, and accommodating. The restaurant had a great layout with seating inside and out, as well as a large seating area of couches for sitting with friends for a before or after dinner cocktail. I recommend everyone stop by and try this place.“
“We celebrated our seventh anniversary here on November 12th and had a wonderful evening. Several friends recommended this restaurant to us and it was great! We started with the shrimp dip appetizer. I ordered the shrimp and grits. My wife ordered the Shrimp Creole. Both were flavorful and served piping hot! The Creole dish had just the right amount of spice from its Andouille sausage. The grits were cheesy and mixed with grilled tomatoes and blackened shrimp for a filling dish. We tried a sample of the crab soup and will definitely order it next visit. We ended a perfect evening by sharing a piece of their homemade key lime pie. Finally, kudos to our great server and the manager for making us feel welcome.“
“Wonderful food, well presented. We started with a Brussel Sprout salad which was light and tasty. Followed by a tasty and spicy octopus appetizer which was superb. Quite a delightful. My wife had Short Rib which she said was the best she had even eaten. I had the baked fish special, outstanding. Spicy with an East Asian feel. Having lived in the NYC area for 50 years I know great food and Dorothy's could compete with the best Can't wait to return!!“
“Breakfast was amazing! Seafood omelette was loaded with crab and shrimp, Island Breakfast Scramble was full of flavor particularly the biscuit and sausage gravy, and the grits were the best we’ve ever had. Our server was sweet and perfectly attentive. And you can’t beat the view of the beach!“
“Amazing dinner. My husband and I came here for our wedding anniversary and enjoyed our evening very much. We got the Wednesday Date Night feature. 1 appetizer, 2 entrées, and 1 bottle of house wine for $60.We also added an order of the Fried Brussels, which was incredibly delicious. My husband got the Ribeye which he devoured, and I got the Curried Chickpeas with grilled chicken which was absolutely delicious. Overall, everything was great. I would definitely recommend Reid's Apothecary.“
